Fundraising Program Questions

Q: How soon can I start my fundraiser?

A: As soon as you select your fundraiser dates, we will send your fundraising packages to you so you may start right away!

Q: Do you provide the fundraiser forms?

A: Yes, we provide pre-printed sales brochures, collection envelopes, and informational flyers collated for each participant in individual poly bags free of charge for you convenience. We also provide posters to advertise your fundraiser.

Q: What is the turnaround time from the end of the sale to the delivery?

A: We prefer to allow a week and a half to two weeks after the end of the sale. This allows enough time for late orders to be included in the delivery.

Q: Please explain the delivery process?

A: Our delivery process is an important step in making your fundraiser a success. Our Quik-Sort Specialist(s) will arrive at the delivery location at the specified date and time. During the delivery process, all cookie dough orders will be sorted and labeled for each individual seller. We will also arrange all orders by grade level and classroom or as instructed by the fundraising coordinator. When the pick-up time comes, everything will be ready for each of your participants. Please call or email to find out if you are in our Quik-Sort delivery area.

Q: I’m not with a fundraising organization; can I still purchase your products?

A: We only sell our products through fundraising organizations. However, we can direct you to the local distributor in your area and he/she will let you know if there is a fundraiser near you.
