Classic Cookie brand cookie dough is well known for its consistent quality and flavor! The care and attention that goes into our "made from scratch" cookie dough is what gives you the “homemade” taste and feeling. The process of making our cookie dough from beginning to end reflects the level of excellence that we strive for. Our cookie dough is produced and packaged in our brand new state-of-the-art facility.

Ingredients: At Classic Cookie, we use only the finest ingredients available.  We use brands such as Hershey, Quaker, and Reese’s to ensure the best taste possible.  A key element in providing the "homemade" flavor is our use of pure vanilla, instead of imitation or artificial vanilla.  All of our ingredients are ordered as they are needed to ensure freshness.

 

Packaging:  The same great cookie dough that is in our tubs is now available in 3 pound pre-portioned boxes.  The cookie dough is quality tested and then deposited in one ounce portions on a chipboard tray.  The cookie dough then goes through a flash freeze tunnel freezer to ensure that they keep their shape and size.  The trays of cookie dough are then stacked three rows high and placed in a plastic bag that is sealed with a tape band.  Finally, the cookie dough is placed neatly into a reusable box. 

The pre-portioned cookie dough promises that “home baked” taste without any of the work!

		TRIPLE CHOCOLATE CHIP Hershey’s chocolate chips and white chocolate chips mixed into a delicious fudge cookie to create a chocolate lover’s dream.
		made with HEATH BAR Heath Milk Chocolate English Toffee Bar blended in a gourmet cookie to create this delectable treat.
		WHITE CHOCOLATE MACADAMIA NUT Lightly roasted macadamia nuts and white chocolate unite for an amazing flavor from the Tropics.

Baking Instructions

Preheat oven to 325 - 350. Place the desired number of pre-portioned cookies on a lightly greased cookie sheet. Bake approximately 10 - 12 minutes until golden brown. Remove from oven and cool.

Shelf Life

Cookie dough must remain frozen. May store frozen for 6 months.
