What do I do when I haven't received my order?
A: Contact us by email or phone Monday - Friday from 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST, and we can help you locate your individually packaged cookies.
When will my cookies arrive?
A: On typical orders with free or standard shipping, it takes about 5-10 business days to receive your order. At checkout, you may purchase express shipping for an extra charge that will deliver your order in 2-4 business days.
How long will the cookies stay fresh?
A: You'll probably devour them before this becomes an issue, but if you put the cookies or dough in the back of the pantry or freezer, don't be alarmed! For the soft baked, crispy mini, and lunchbox sized pre-baked cookies, they are good for about 9-10 months from the date of manufacture. You can check the front of the cookie package to see a "Best By" date printed with the specific time. For cookie dough, it can be frozen for 6 months, and thawed when ready to eat.
Do your products contain peanuts or tree nuts?
A: Please be advised that our products contain known food allergens and sensitivities. We strongly recommend that anyone with an allergic condition or sensitivity to tree nuts, peanut products, or other food allergens NOT consume our products. Our products may contain allergens or sensitivities as a direct ingredient, or they may contain trace amounts of allergens, because our products share common equipment.
My cookie dough has been sitting out of freezer/fridge for a few hours. What should I do?
A: For best quality, we recommend the pre-portioned cookie dough remain frozen, but it is safe to thaw at room temperature, bake according to instructions, and consume. The product is also safe to refreeze after being thawed to room temperature.
