I/we understand that the applicant will be using facilities at his/her own risk and I/we hereby release, discharge, idemnify, and hold harmless Mannon Specialty Foods, Inc. and Classic Cookie's Annual Cookie Festival from all liability for injury or accident to person or damage to the applicant's property. I/we understand that the applicant's volunteer service can be modified or terminated with or without notice or cause, at any time, at the option of Mannon Specialty Foods, Inc. or at my/our option and that Mannon Specialty Foods, Inc. may in its sole discretion, decline to accept the applicant for volunteering with or without cause. I/we grant Mannon Specialty Foods, Inc. and Classic Cookie to use the applicant's liekness, voice, and words in or on television, radio, film, and on Mannon Specialty Foods, Inc. and Classic Cookie's websites, or in any other form, format, or media, to promote Mannon Specialty Foods, Inc. and its business interests. In the course of volunteering for the Classic Cookie Annual Cookie Festival, I may be dealing with confidential information regarding cookie baking competition, vendor, birthday cake gallery, and other competitors or sponsors and volunteers' contact information, credit card information, and other personal information, and I agree to keep said information in the strictest confidence.

In signing this application, I/we have read the foregoing information, and I/we agree to comply with the Volunteer Code of Conduct and all Classic Cookie Annual Cookie Festival rules and regulations.
Volunteer Code of Conduct
As a Classic Cookie Annual Cookie Festival volunteer, I/we agree that while serving as a volunteer, I/we will:

Provide for the general welfare, health and safety of all Classic Cookie Annual Cookie Festival guests, vendors, competitors, sponsors, volunteers, and others who are present at the event

Follow the established guidelines of the festival staff, Mannon Specialty Foods, Inc., and/or any other organization involved with event

Not engage in any inappropriate contact or relationship with guests, vendors, competitors, sponsors, volunteers, or any other person present at Classic Cookie's Annual Cookie Festival

Act and dress in an appropriate manner at all time while onsite

Abstain from the consumption or use of all alcohol, tobacco products, and illegal substances while involved with any event associated with Classic Cookie's Annual Cookie Festival

Report any emergencies to the appropriate authorities after first taking immediate action to ensure the health and safety of the affected persons

Be friendly, helpful, with a team-minded attitude
